Dr. Michael Weatherly
DXI is owned and operated by Dr. Michael Weatherly. Dr. Weatherly is the Founder and former Chief Executive of C5BDI, an innovative business development and tech scouting firm that plays matchmaker between the US Government and next-generation small business technology companies. He successfully exited C5BDI to focus all efforts on DXI in July 2022 with the goal of managing the company’s federal agile acquisition and small business tech transition engagement. Dr. Weatherly’s academic background includes a doctorate, a master’s degree, and 3 bachelor’s degrees. Additionally, he has started and owns over 10+ successful businesses in multiple markets including real estate, consulting, agriculture, sports, and a non-profit. He enjoys traveling and balancing time between his family and passion for business and entrepreneurship.
